GruntOfAction 15/fev./2022 às 12:06

Silk 15/fev./2022 às 12:14
I think they should swap things around and have dracula flaunting his sexy butt c'mon it's 2022
Eyeburn 15/fev./2022 às 12:14
This is too stupid to not be bait.

While it does look a bit wacky, there's certain rules that do allow things to be inspired from others.

The Alucard homage in this game is more likely to get Konami's ire than the splash page getting Nintendo's ire.
Especially being that the Bayonneta pose is a cliche pose that no one has ever copyrighted, and no one can legally copyright. :P

What's up with all those "stolen this, stolen that" threads ?
Just enjoy the game.
If not, go away to play another game.
Easy.

sega's ire. nintendo just owns the games of 2 and 3, plus the japanese voice track for 1.

sega owns the character, name, and franchise itself.

though, i think realistically, since we're referencing art from the second game, it would be the joint ire of sega and nintendo.

The real question is why do you care.

I'm not sure what you're talking about here at all.
Konami has the rights to Castlevania games.
Sega isn't really a huge thing right now in the world.
Nor, did they have anything to do with the Castlevania series.

They probably don't. This smells like one of those "am I cool yet? Please validate me" posts.

Oh God, not this topic again...

stealing?
yes its obvious it comes from that art.
but stealing after everything is changed but the pose?

little tryharding to be edgy i think.
Hahaha for real! The pose is pretty much it but I mean come on, every artist has been influenced by some other artist. Nothing is truly original nowadays...
