Curse adds more enemies, thus more enemies to kill, thus more experience drops, especially if you're still killing them quickly because you have an optimized build.

Not necessary. Just enable endless and use infinite corridor, crimson shroud, and whatever other weapons you like (although you don't actually need anything else, especially if you take blood astronomia). I got the achievement by letting the game run in the background.

There is a Bell Curve with curse , at first it makes things harder , but later the extra monsters means more exp faster so the game becomes easier , at extremely high levels of curse it gets harder again but by then you have ways to mitigate it (infinite corridor).

Curse is actually worth maxing out in the meta progression tab, but do it after you have gotten all the other upgrades and do it a little bit at a time , go in game test it out see if you are still killing fast enough.

In game curse sources (pink skull , arcana effect etc) is useful but take it after you have an AOE attack. As long as you are killing things curse just means more EXP per second,

You are mistaken. The faster you level up, the more weapons and accessories you will get earlier, making it easier to stand tougher waves of enemies.
