Seriously, if Sammy's ~10B in 5 mins isn't fast enough for you, IDK what to say. It's enough to get any character millions of eggs per run. Which is more than enough to completely trivialize literally anything. (And it just increases more and more the more eggs you pump into Sammy, it's just that there's really no real reason to bother going past like 1-2M eggs as everything beyond that is just pure extra.)
Sammy - Moongolow - Wicked Season + Blood Astronomia - 1 weapon. Hyper/Hurry/Inverse/Arcana/Limit Break on, other settings don't really matter. Nothing else matters. Once over 25k eggs, reset your speed at the void guy after buying eggs each time so you can control yourself. Buy eggs from the npc to the north as he lets you spend all of your gold at once. Do like 3-4 5 (10 in-game time) minute runs like this, buying max eggs between each run. (Be aware you need 5k eggs on a character before the other 2 NPCs appear, and 25k for the void one to have the speed removal option. So your first time or 2 buying eggs will take quite a while to manually buy 5k eggs.)
Base Game is kind of similar but takes a LOT longer to get started. Do some Sigma runs for a few million each on Bone Zone, spending all of the gold on eggs for Trouser. Then once your Trouser's stats are good enough, swap to him. Can do either Bone Zone or Moongolow.
If you're just looking for the cash to get your basic stat upgrades prior to doing post-game stuff though, you can easily get somewhere between 40k and 200k/run on Inlaid library pretty much as soon as you unlock it with any character and no upgrades.
For Adventures, it's honestly barely worth even worrying about money, none of them are really that overly difficult to do with what you'll naturally earn from doing objectives. Just make sure you unlock Garlic or an appropriately powerful DLC weapon for stuff like Light and Dark's Ender objective, so you can have a good start to the map since it's a forced full map instead of a 5-10 minute objective that you can cheese with a fire breath or penta or whatnot like nearly every other adventure objective.
Toggles:
Weapons: 2 | Eggs: Off | Power Ups: All | Stage: Lake Foscari (Likely most will work.)
Hyper: On | Hurry: On | Arcanas: On | Limit Break: Off | Inverse: On | Endless: On/Off
Arcanas:
1) XV - Disco of Gold 2) X - Hail From The Future 3) XIII - Wicked Season
Method:
First, make certain everything above is set up. When starting the stage, take your first Arcana and immediately and buy the second from the merchant. The second weapon you will take is Greatest Jubilee. You can take Stone Mask, Crown, Attractorb, Spinach, Duplicator, and Empty Tome in whatever order. You will max everything out in seconds regardless. Once you are maxed, choose the 25 gold option for additional levels, and you are all set!
As I said, a few powerups (namely, the last set of seals) are the only things I don't have yet. I have all the other characters, items, levels, full bestiary, collection, etc. So I am definitely not in early game. I also have all the DLC. I assume that most of the Dark Arcana are not in the game yet, since if they are then I am definitely missing a lot of those since I only have the ones that you get from the achievements.
I also also lacking on eggs for characters, very few have any, and I don't think I have more than a few dozen at most on a single character.
-Bolero first, then Hail From the Future, then Crystal Cries. If you manage to get more arcanas, either Mad Groove for commodity or Disco of Gold.
Make sure you get maxed Greatest Jubilee for extra item generation. With that build, you get all the passives, extra arcanas, a lot of extra weapons, on level up you're almost guaranteed to get a bunch of gold, and any oroligion will make your growth reach stratospherical levels, meaning you level even faster, which generate even more loot. Because you will have nothing to upgrade you will also constantly gain more gold on level(pick big money bag forever) if you don't play with limit break. You will also being constantly or almost in gold fever, get a lot of fingers for even more enemies and attack speed, which in turn means more xp, more level, more growth, more gold, etc... This is quite ridiculous really. Even without Disco of Gold, you generate so much money bags that money almost never stop and the gold fevers are triggered consistently due to the sheer amount of loot items your level ups generate. With Sammy this is even more ridiculous, as you will make something like 5 times at least that money...
You don't really need many eggs at all, you can pretty much get that much money each run just by playing the game for completion.
I hope it's been nerfed since then.
Is the meta still Sammy (character), Moongolow (stage), and Disco of Gold and Wicked Season (arcanas)?
I know that people swore by using Sammy and Trouser.
And this was before I put any eggs on Sammy, now I instantly hit level 100+ before I can even move and max out my inventory, I can't even collect the passives that are right in the beginning of the stage anymore, so I am ironically ending up even less powerful than before when I could at least pick all of those up before that part of the game becomes unresponsive.
Sadly, despite this absurd brokenness, Death is still able to instantly kill me at the 15 minute mark.
People would be better off with a good way to make gold right at the start so they can purchase the powerups from the main menu.
Eggs make the game too easy and by the point you can go wild on eggs you should have bought all the normal powerups from the main menu , what else do you use gold for besides eggs at that point ?
So if the eggs are useless because to get the eggs you need money and to get the money you need to be strong and the eggs only make you stronger but you were already strong enough to do everything easily... well what is the point of the eggs ?
You are already strong without them , you have nothing more to do once you have them...... That's why I never bothered with them after playing around with them a little bit when I found the hidden foscari abyss area that drops eggs constantly from Atlantean enemies spawning non stop.
I know "Number go BRRRR" but very very quickly you can't even tell if the eggs are making a difference , you are so strong it doesn't matter if you get another 10k eggs it feels exactly the same.
