completed but not version 1.0?

i completed all the stages with imelda but haven't unlocked queen sigma?? i have discovered every weapon, evolution, and arcana. please help??

Queen Sigma requires you to have unlocked everything from the 1.0 Collection. You can check this by navigating to the Collection menu and changing the filter option in the top right corner to By Version. You should naturally accomplish this by completing all of the achievements in the Unlock menu for the base game. Cheers!
