Guess I'll be minimizing the game and letting it be for a while
but I think I had 260% might with Pugnola which helped
it's about 650k per level I believe
People have been "stuck" in this situation for hours on end. I'd just quit and do it properly if it were me.
You uh...may have missed a couple details in my original post.
That is approximately ~1/2000 to 1/8000 of the enemy's original HP.
If we assume level 200, a death will have 131mil HP base.
I have maxed curse, so +50% HP.
I run Poppea so add 50% there.
I get the gold ring and right arrow so +40% each.
If I ran with box, that's another +100% curse
Since curse stacks additively, we can easily crunch: 240% curse (x3.4 HP).
Bone Zone adds 3% HP for every minute (30 mins = +90% HP) (this stacks multiplicatively)
131 000 000 x 3.4 x 1.9 = 846 260 000
If you use infinite corridor, it'll take about 13 cycles to down it assuming you have a load out decent enough to get you to 30 minutes on one of the hardest areas in the game. 13 cycles = 1/8192, or reducing death to a much more reasonable 103 303 HP.

Since you're running forest, you don't have as many curse multipliers, but the answer would depend on your curse, whether you got skull o'maniac, and your level. Also, the special white hand ending only happens if you have clock lancet. Without that, you'll progress forever, killing deaths far slower than they spawn.
Damn, that was quite the thorough answer, cheers. I've pretty much resolved myself to having it run overnight. No curse, skull at only level 1, me at level 113, and the guy's got health boosts from the gold ring & crimson shroud stuff. Assuming a roughly 70m health base and a grand total of 100% health boost (45% each from the items, 10 from the skull), I'll be chunking through about 140m health over the next god-knows-how-many hours. I'm assuming on the slightly low end for my damage of 1k/s, but that's still well over a day, so I guess I'm bailing on this bad boy. Damn shame on the unlocks, really wish there was a suicide option or something for the run.
Someone else had mostly defensive items/perks and posted about a 2000+ minute run chugging along. Don't remember what character or if any other details were offered. I think that was the thread where people were theorycrafting it would take that person a week, which also led me to stopping where I did.
