Concetta Caciotta Doing Aoe Damage?

The coffin character that starts with the drill.

Don't see it listed anywhere, but she seems to do small aoe 'sound wave' damage at the start. Is this part of the character or the drill weapon?

if you picked up the double healing arcana, that also comes with an aoe pulse whenever you heal, including passive regen. this is probably what you're seeing.

Sarabande of Healing gets really funny when combined with Disco of Gold. You trigger a Gold Fever event and you start pulsing damage constantly. It's great.

Unfortunately, it also interacts with negative knockback enemies by sucking them towards you. This is the cause of many forum posts and unfortunate deaths to the egg guardians.
