Tiramisu confusion

So I know I need tiramisu to upgrade the guns but I don't quite understand how to receive the said item, do I need to find a tiramisu on the map or is buying it in the store enough to unlock the evolution?

Tirajisú is a passive item in Vampire Survivors. It is unlocked by surviving for 20 minutes as Krochi Freetto.

Tirajisú increases Revival by 1 per level.

Tirajisú is required for the evolution and union of Phiera Der Tuphello and Eight The Sparrow, Phieraggi.

Tirajisú can be found as a stage item in Cappella Magna, Moongolow, and Boss Rash.

Stage items can be used to complete an evolution if you dont have the item unlocked yet.

The real confusion is how you spell and pronounce Tirajisú as Tiramisu.
You also clearly don't look at the unlock menu because it would tell you how to get it; have fun asking for every other item in the game.

Hey I call it the Tiramisu too, as far as I'm concerned, that's the official name and you will never convince me otherwise. It's brown, probably coffee tasting and very vaguely cake like in that it's geometrically shaped. That's enough for me. I'm a Dwarf Fortress player, a g is a goblin a d is a dog, and something brown and with a regular shape is a tiramisu.

Evolutions only work when the required items are part of your build for that run.
