at what time can i pick new arcana?

as the tilte says, trying to plan my new gold build but at what time do i get to choose new arcanas?

If playing as Queen Sigma: at levels 2, 3, 77 and 108.
If playing as any other character: boss enemies will spawn at 11 and 21 minutes if Arcana are enabled. Their chest will give an Arcana instead of anything else.

Queen Sigma can also get the Arcana drops at 11 and 21 minutes, if you keep her level down in some way. Taking the Arcana that locks your level, or just managing to avoid leveling for 21 minutes, both work.

If you go the route of just avoiding the exp crystals, once Queen does start leveling, she can still get her 4 level up Arcana. Gives her a limit of 7, if you can manage to reach Level 108 in such a heavily reduced time.
