The easiest objectives are the weapon evolutions, since only a few of them require the Parm Aegis or Karoma's Mana (nothing in the Castlevania DLC needs Tarrona's Box). If you don't want to use a guide for the answers, just go to the Moongolow map, enable Endless mode, and get all the accessories there for evolutions.
Nothing apart from two gimmick characters requires a cheat to unlock (the game will directly tell you the code for those two characters when you get to that point), so you should be able to unlock everything just by following the info on the Unlocks menu.
EDIT: User below me just reminded me that some bosses drop spell books on death, which is required for some character unlocks. Considering people have started fights with me over less severe errors, it felt proper to make this correction.
Yeah, my bad. I didn't know some bosses drop the weapons. Even using the new Castlevania characters with 0 golden eggs, sometimes I can't see what is on the screen.
