Unlocks in Adventures are separate to the main game?
I hadn't expected this. Seems you need to do all the unlocking twice over...

Which leaves me wondering, what exactly is the point of the adventures if you can unlock the same content in the main game?

You get some gold for maingame once clearing an adventure run.

But mainly adventures is just for those whom wants to experience the beginning struggle without resetting their account.

I reset my account once and regretted it. And I wouldnt have done if i had an adventure to sample at the time.

Is all the content including the final (?) boss (Death) present when just playing maps in the main game mode?

Its a different death.

But then considering how you unlock Dracula wouldn't that mean you have to unlock him specifically in the DLC adventure?

There is no adventures in Castlevania. Poncle have said they might make one in the future.

There is no real exclusive content in the Adventures aside from a few new maps that are either chunks of main game maps or an infinitely stretching tileset based on something that exists in the DLC.
There are also a very small amount of new scenarios and enemies (killing impostor enemies in the Among Us adventure).

The adventures are a fine way to kill time once you have done almost everything in the main game or want to play solely with DLC weapons.

Derp. My mistake. I don't know why I thought I saw one in the list.
