What happens if you kill the reaper without Crimson shroud or infinite corridor?

Is there an achievement or something if you kill the reaper without those? I've managed to kill several of them but my screen was so full of weapons blinking at the speed of light I wasn't sure.

It seems I cleared all enemies but the time kept ticking but nothing happened. There was a new reaper spawning every minute boiling in damage and then dissapearing after a few seconds but other than that noting happened.

Could it be I trully cleared the stage or perhaps some reapers somehow got stuck or frozen out of screen?

Nothing special happens, the White Hand won't spawn if you don't have those weapons so you can just keep killing reapers if you want, but you won't get golden eggs that way.
