A second reaper at 31, a third at 32, and a fourth at 33.
You can do something like that in Tides of Foscari. Just keep eating pies in the Sammy zone and eventually you'll become invincible from all the overlapping healing, and you can watch the Red Deaths pile up as long as you want
The Sacred Beast's Tower Shield (upgraded Guardian Targe) gives you invulnerability when you overheal.
Sanctuary (upgraded Reflectio) provides a small constant healing effect along with the longer cooldown full heal, and can insta-kill Reapers.
With enough cooldown reduction, this can be pretty much permanent invulnerability. If you're on a map without the ability to get a Crimson Shroud or Infinity Corridor, you can keep invulnerable long enough for Sanctuary to insta-kill reapers, but since you don't have the special weapons you never get the eggs and the white reaper cutscene death is never triggered. After nearly 35 minutes on a 20 minute map, I just gave up and ended the run.
If you kill a reaper before minute 31, then the timer will automatically jump to 31, without an additional reaper spawning. That's the only case where you don't get the second one.
