(I don't know Luca Galante at all, this is just a guess based on... Nothing, lol.)
Even off-sale, the game and all its DLC wont break the bank.
Those other games suffer from having an intimidating buy-in cost to newcomers.
Maybe Konami will ask Poncle to help revive one of their other franchises, Winning Eleven, with a DLC.
Some other franchises that people suggest, especially the ones that are not already from game themselves, I don't know if would be a good idea.
plus payday 2 and dbz xenoverse welp those require a bit more work when creating stuff
3d models, hitboxes being tougher, this game most likely is far from an easy code but those being more complex, dbz being a major name , payday became a major ish name but not well enough for fans to stick around for the 3rd
vampire survivors maps are small, they can easily set them up
which still takes a bit of time, though since most are simple there easy to make
the monsters are basic alot of the times
the game has alot of complex yet alot of simple things
sorry just a tired rant trying to puff out what im meaning to say, but dunno if im making correct sense of what im meaning
the game is simple yet complex at points, the same mechanics can be often reused
maps in sense are loops wide open or side scrolling
the majors are the skills items and such
