Gale Force and Rock Riot

I need to evolve these two. These two are in my collection, and somehow I got Rock Riot early yesterday. After a couple unsuccessful runs trying to get these to drop to evolve them, they will not appear, even after tons of banishing and rerolls. I finally got a candybox this morning and these two aren't even in the drop pool. They are not banished from my collection. Does anyone know how to get these?

Bosses drop them. They don't go into the level pool until they've been evolved once. I know Rock Riot comes from the behemoth north of where you start, don't remember gale force off the top of my head
