Items I can't loot

Hello everyone,

Did many runs by now, but it seems that some items never drops and I can't upgrade to the final level some weapons.
As exemple Garlic, I can't find pummarola (beside the one dropped in a map), same for skull'o mania etc...

When am I suppose to unlock them ?

Last question, it is still possible to kill the red death at the end of a run ?

There's an entire menu, called Unlocks, that shows what you need to do to unlock things, have you looked in there at all?

To actually answer your questions:
Pummarola - Survive for 5 minutes as the guy that starts with the knives.
Skull O'Maniac - Survive for 30 minutes as Lama.
Lama - Survive for 20 minutes with 10% or more Curse. (Either buy one level of Curse in the power up menu or get the skull in the first stage before 10 minutes pass.)

Yes you can kill Red Death, there's an intended way to do it that you don't unlock until much later in the game.

Yeah the unlocks menu is very useful, https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2953930313 this guide has a lot of tips and strategies , some of them might be hard to follow but if you check the early tips section there are good ones you can use as a new player to get ahead of the curve.

Figuring things out on your own can be good too , just look at the unlocks menu to give yourself a goal , the order they show up in is a good order to complete them in , this game has a LOT of stuff to do and if you miss something you can get stuck , if it feels like no new levels are appearing and you don't know what to do check the unlocks menu.

Oh ok I didn't know about the menu.

Yeah I do prefer to discover by my own, but now I know about the menu it will be easier :)

Also, check if you didn't accidentally ban items in the collection menu. You can ban any item just by clicking on it, without a confirmation prompt.
Banned items won't show up in your games.

Considering that they asked about how to unlock those items in the original post and said that they didn't know about the unlock menu in a later post, they most likely don't have banning unlocked.
