Missing one item in collection.

So right after the Weapon Power Up and before the Experience Gem. There's an item that's still not discovered. What am I missing?

You are missing the Prism Damsel, which is the counterpart to the Prism Lass. If you take Gemini (I) as your first Arcana and exit the run, it should unlock automatically.
