I get it usually once per run before my item bar is full and it stops offering it.
Some weapons need a buff also, not just fixing the weapon crate. Most of the weapons of the DLC have really low DPS from what i see, i didn't test them all but so far ive only seen the Homing Missile (with evo) and C-U-Laser (with its Evo) having good DPS. Long Gun Dps is ok when it has evolution.
I am soso on the ♥♥ laser. It gets really messy on screen with Evolution. But what do you think of the Prism Lass?. Ir feels really good with the blue whirlwind circle. Especially if you can get unholy vespers up too. I agree on the bahamut claw being a bad early weapon, extremely absurdly slow. The whips outperforms it in performance.
Sonic Bloom = Very puny feeling attack
Diver Mines = Absolutely unreliable
Blade Crossbow = We really didnt a clone of Cross
I don't have Browny yet, was hoping his weapon would be good since hes my favorit Contra Hard Corps Character

Strange one. Actually I liked the non-evolved version more at the beginning of the run. It did pretty good damage with Heart of Fire Arcana. The upgraded version looks very threatening with its big wall of fire, but actually it does not do that much damage but covers a lot of the screen. Overall a C-Tier weapon I would say.
Made a pretty good Divine Bloodline build with General Bahamut.
Interestingly enough, Time Warp became my greatest hitter at 482M, With Victory Sword the next closest at 241M
We're aware of the difficulty of evolving the contra weapons on non-contra maps. I've raised the feedback / issue to our development team.
Could you also do something about the 2nd stage, it doesn't seem to loop like the other "racing" map so if a chest is missed that's that, no chest for you.
