"Queen Sigma" achievement before "Greatest Jubilee" achievement ...
From what I've read, most players have trouble finding the Greatest Jubilee item after killing the Directer in Eudaimonia to finalize the unlocking of Queen Sigma.
For me it was the opposite, I found the Greatest Jubilee item by chance in the Space 54 map before killing the Directer. The item appeared in my collection that unlocked Queen Sigma.
Then I killed the Directer with Queen Sigma and got the message to unlock the Greatest Jubilee item.
In the end, I had the success "Queen Sigma" before the success "Greatest Jubilee"...
Is this a bug? Has anyone had this before?

You can obtain Greatest Jubilee from a Gold Finger.

Sure enough, I had a “Greatest Jubilee” message found during a Gold Finger in Space 54.
So The Greatest Jubilee can drop with a Gold Finger even if it hasn't been unlocked before ?

Apparently so, likely an oversight.

More like a forgotten tweak...
Queen Sigma came out BEFORE greatest Jubilee, Eudeamonia Machine and The Directer were added to the game.

And the Gold Finger was added after the Greatest Jubilee, I believe the oversight was not checking if the player actually has Greatest Jubilee unlocked and awarding it regardless.
