"Forsake victory in favour of sightseeing in Carlo Cart"

The new secret character is Gyoruntin. I unlocked them by being slow (holding "left") in Carlo Cart. After a minute or so the coffin spawned with five Gyoruntons (blue three-headed dragons from Boss Rash). I killed them and touched the coffin to unlock the new character.

Are you asking how to do?
If so you go left instead of right till you find the coffin

Got him on inverse, tried to go right against the flow. Coffin popped quite fast.

On inverse the speed arrows on the map is not flipped the other way as they should be to match ingame.

Oh bloody hell... I was trying so many characters with different movement patern, because some blockhead on Discord told someone (I searched for my question) to go left instead of right. Shame he didn't specify to hold it for a minute...

Such an odd secret, but thanks for helping out!
