Where to see weapon/passive combo?

I found an item that says it lets me check the combos of things by pressing escape, but there is nothing there for me. Just an empty screen.

You need a relic for this the Grim Grimoire you can find it on the Inlaid Library stage.

But it only shows you the already unlocked combinations, so weapons for which you already found the matching items once.

If you want to know them beforehand, checking out one of the wikis is probably the way to go.

There seems to be a bug in the game which this shows up as blank for some people.
