How do you get gold fingers?
Update notes say I need 5 of these to get the new stage, but I have no idea what they are.

They are first encountered in the Astral Stair challenge stage, then after finding one they can be (extremely rarely) found as a light source drop.

Though there are five you can just pick up in Astral Stair.

I thought I cleared astral stair already and had all achievements before, were they not required pickups?
