Need some help

I've tried unlocking Rosa De Infernas twice, stood on the the coffin twice, got the cutscene and clicked "OK?" twice and then left the run to unlock her, but both times when I got to character select she was still locked, am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Those first few coffin spawns of hers are just teases. You need to have her spawn right after you have entered your 46th door.

also how do i guarantee the coffin room?

She's NOT an enemy and you just need to keep doing Astral Stair runs with Queen Sigma until you manage to get a run where you go through 46 doors, can be the same one over and over, to spawn her coffin which could take a few tries. In my case I managed to do it on my fifth attempt. If RNGesus favors you, you can get very lucky and do it in your first attempt or not, just have to have her spawn on the 46th door.

You don't need to use Queen Sigma, and character will do. You just need to run Astral Stair enough times to get into the 40+ doors traversed numbers. I unlocked her with Miang without any issues, and without the need to fight her.

I used an egged up Trouser and unlocked her, too. Just go to a door and go back and forth through it until you get yeeted to the secret room over on the left. Choose a weapon or limit your power level so you can see things and collide reliably

Can you just use turbo speed's collision issues to cheese your way into the secret room? Is that allowed the way it is for normal Astral Stair things?

I had trouble getting out of the room even with collision acting up, but I didn't try getting in. But it's over on the left if you want to try. Still easy enough to just go in and out of the same door

You do NOT need to use queen sigma to unlock the character.
You also do not have to go through 46 doors.

I unlocked her with Trouser and I only did around 10 doors. Seems buggy though. I had to exit the character screen and re-enter to open up unlock rights.

I didn't need to enter multiple doors , I did use Queen Sigma but I just glitched thru the walls , moved to the door in the top middle section and got taken to the coffin room, opened it and left and it worked.

Had no clue what I was doing and just stumbled onto it while looking around.

The game must keep track of how many doors you have previously entered.

Also , I never encountered any fake coffins like the first reply mentioned. *shrug*

For those of you who said you didn't need to go through 46 doors to unlock Rosa, where you able to "buy" her in the Character Select menu after opening her coffin? Because until I managed to open her coffin on a run that had me passing the 46th door, I couldn't purchase her and her frame had a lock icon preventing me to do so.

She was purchasable after unlocking her, yes. Going through 46 doors was not necessary. I ran from the top to bottom like... 10 times and ended up in the secret room.

Some people have mentioned bugs that are resolved by getting the Yellow Sign from the Moon Golow. I might have gone through 46 doors, didn't count but it seems about right, and I could purchase her afterwards with no issue

OK I finally got her, it took me three of four more runs but yeah I did it, the thing that kept tripping me up was getting to the room and opening the coffin only for her to still be locked, also as others have said no you don't need to do it with sigma, I was using someone else at the time, thanks for the help guys.

Revisit Astral Stairs then manually quit the level. That resolved the bug on my part (finally able to purchase Rose)
