I've completed all game achievements and secrets so it's bothering me. Can someone tell me what I'm missing and to unlock it? It's in between of the Mini Scientist and the Experience Gem

its the mini horse, play the horse.

Tested on my 12k golden egg character to speed it up (Pugnala, so I don't think you need to play the horse specifically), the mini horse is a passive item and it appears to only have a chance to appear when you have the hats weapon at level 8. After banishing everything, it never showed when hats was less than level 8, once I leveled that to 8, then it appeared immediately. In case anyone else is having trouble getting it to show.
