Can't get chaos malachite achievement

I did bat county 3 times and all 3 i got at 18 minutes and past them but chaos malachite kept just spawning and showing on the map but was not there when i went to get it, one time i even camped at the spot it spawns but nothing. So after 3/4 attempts to get it i just used "gotta go fast" in the secret menu but now it won't even come up on the map and i can't seem to be able to get the achievement

Edit: just did another 2 runs and somehow i just got the achievement at the end of a run
