Broke the Tiny Bridge Level and it never ended and nothing attacked
I think there is a map bug when playing Queen Sigma on Tiny Bridge (I was playing on Hyper) and the Disco of Gold spell. I was playing Queen Sigma and was playing Tiny Bridge on Hyper mode.

About 20 minutes into the level just going back and forth, on a lark, I decided to try to see if the map had an "up or down" extension of the map. When I got to one of the spots on the bridge where the bridge's legs extend down off the screen, I went down and it let me. I scaled down the leg and ended up on another bridge lower down. I found another leg on that bridge and tried to go down, which it allowed where I reached another copy of Tiny Bridge. At the time, the Disco of Gold spell had activated and was doing its thing. Shortly after that, I stopped getting swarmed by mobs. and I spent most of the next 10 minutes attacking pretty much nothing.

I tried scaling down another leg, but I couldn't. There were no bridge legs extending up to try and scale back up either. The only time anything attacked is when the randomizer sent something at me. After I few minutes I then got attacked by another swarm from the Randomizer (the trees and bushes one) where I got a drop that activated Disco of Gold and without thinking I tried to scale down another Bridge leg and it worked.

I was now on a fourth bridge down and after the "tree and bush" swarm stopped and Disco of Gold went away I was back to not being able to leave the bridge. I so sat there just waiting for the 30 minute timer for the match to end. Timer hit 30 minutes and the game kept going. I finally ended the game myself at 40 Minutes. And no Endless move wasn't active. I've already gotten all my giggles out of the feature.

Hope that helps.

This is just how the game works. Characters with enough speed can go through walls. The spawn areas of enemies is generally around the original map. You can break out of pretty much every map like this. If you have enough speed you can go straight through, but before that you can hug the wall for a bit and you'll go through after a while.

Granted, it is a bug/glitch, but I think it's still left in because it's not really a major issue.
OP it's NOT a bug when you yourself decide to muck around in the game :P

A bug by videogame definition is something unexpected that happens to a videogame WITHOUT a player knowing about its existence.

The fact YOU decided to try and go out of bounds using wall clipping to go off the bridge's path in Tiny bridge to look for a non-existent upper/lower section invalidates the fact you stumbled upon a "Bug" in the game.

Well, in point of fact, it is a bug. I wasn't trying to break the game, or clip through the level. It was my first time playing the level and didn't know if the level was just going left/right on the bridge. The newer levels have had rules because there are maps with features like bridges. A long standing level "the tower" or whatever it is called is up/down, but there are apparently doors/mirrors (that don't look like doors to me) that take me to other rooms. Several of the levels encourage exploration to find a couple things.

So the game itself encouraged my "exploration." If I had tried to to scale down the bridge leg without Disco of Gold active then I wouldn't have been able to go down and said, "oh ok, yep the level is just left/right." But my first attempt allowed me to go down and so I thought it was still part of the level. I thought it was a clever part of the map that would allow me to reach the ground or river bed or something and was proud of myself for finding it. I didn't go out of my way doing crazy crap like folks who do try to glitch games.

So "A bug by videogame definition is something unexpected that happens to a videogame WITHOUT a player knowing about its existence" As you say is exactly what happened. Thanks for proving my point for me even though you were clearly trying to be clever and call me an idiot.

I mean, no? "bugs" are generally unintended interactions or things you can do. Thats like calling the save killing bugs in so many games(mostly at launch) NOT a bug because people knew about it. Thats not how things work.

I feel like at one point the developers mentioned that clipping through walls wasn't going to be fixed. Honestly, it seems appropriately jank.

Whatever happens to you when you decide to clip out of bounds is your responsibility.

Pretty much. Meanwhile, an exploit is the usage of the tools the game gives the player in an unintended way.

Let's be honest, going out of bounds is pretty on-brand for this game anyway. Who knows, maybe someday they'll put something out there.

I never read anything about "out of bounds" bugs not getting fixed, but then I haven't kept up with all of the developer's updates. I've been playing the game almost since it came out in Early Access and the developer has put a lot of work and care into the game, which I appreciate.

I just wanted to help out and report what I thought might be a bug in case he considered it a worth fixing, or something. If anything, an instant death outside the 30 minute mark so the match at least ends.

Thanks for the comments. Didn't mean to make this a huge issue.

It is a bug, and it is not really a big issue. There are limits to the programming and you broke them with run speed. This is not something that can't be realistically fixed because even without eggs this can happen, but eggs almost guarantee it. Don't feel bad because some overzealous white-knighters type silly things.
