Transferring save data from IOS to Steam

Ive spent several hrs now looking up ways to transfer save data from IOS to Steam.
I have:
-Installed iMazing and pulled the SaveDataUnity.sav file and saved it locally on my PC.
-Turned off "Keep games saves in the Steam Cloud for Vampire Survivors".
-Attempted to replace the existing file with the same name on my PC.

Had no effect.

-Attempted to delete the .sav file along with all cloud save files and replace them with the .sav puled from IOS, no luck. Also tried reinstalling with the cloud saving still off and no luck.

Looked for more recent guilds on editing/overwriting/resetting/transferring save files, but nothing was useful. Help please and thank you

This is not the same game, but the principle might apply: Are you sure you are transfering the correct save file?
"So you need to go to your User Library Folder (which is NOT the same as the Library Folder placed at the root of the hard drive) ;

Your user library folder is usually hidden.
To access it, open the finder, click on the home icon on the left ribbon (the home icon is the one that is labelled with your username) then push keyboard OPTION button + click on Go to at the top tab and then select Library.

Then you're there laugh! Application Support/com.fantasyflightgames.jime/SavedGames"

There should be a folder containing your save files named SavedGameA, SavedGameB, etc.
