Boss does not appear in Moongolow

I'm trying to finish the challenge about the Crimson Shroud.
And the requirement is to defeat the boss here to unlock the Holy Forbidden.
I've watch some Youtube videos and it didn't explain why the map changes and the boss appear. Because my play through is just like any other map. And finishes at 15min.

Am I missing something?

You need to Challenge Moongollow with a non-secret character to trigger the Holy Forbidden teleportation event. Go with either Poppea, Poe or Pugnala as they're the easiest to use for this challenge.

Yes. I am aware. I even used the characters I see in youtube. And to be sure, I even used Poe as you recommended.

Still nothing.

I can think of two things you can check before attempting again:
1) Check in the Collection if you have the 'Yellow Sign' item unlocked in the Relics rows
2) Check the Stage selection menu for every stage, and see if Holy Forbidden is available as a stage by itself (i think it can happen when you reach the requirement of 15min Moongolow, but not sure)

After that i don't know...

Moongolow must be played by NOT having endless enabled, in order for the transition to Holy Forbidden to occur. Theres no boss to defeat, you just need to survive long enough to reach the transition.
And also not using a secret character.

You need the yellow sign to be able to see the things needed for Crimson Shroud/Infinite Corridor. So you must have completed Holy Forbidden before you can think on those. So I suspect OP is confused about something or having a translation issue.
