Blocked weapon with eleanor

Hi everyone, I don't know how to unlock this.
I've unlocked Eleanor, I've beaten 3 complete levels with him, but in every game the first and second wepons are already blocked and banished in the beginning of the game (red in bottom of the list).

I received Spell string at beginning, level 1 (weapon blocked and banished)
I received SpellStrike at level 10 (weapon blocked and banished)
I received SpellStream at level 20 and I can evoluate this.

(I receive too Academy badge after)

Is there's a mission I've unseen? is there's a problem? What am I doing wrong ?
Any advices and help will be sincerely apreciated.

Go into your collections menu and click those "Red Crossed" items to unbanish them.
