Does this game give anyone else eye strain?
I play multiple games everyday for several hours, and this is the only game that makes my eyes feel strained and gives me a headache if I play it for too long of a period of time. Anyone else having the same issue?

Yeah, I tend to experience a case of sensory overload after playing this for a certain period of time, especially when I get a really good run going with lots of upgraded and/or evolved weapons. This is why I usually only do one run every session, then I quit out, take a break or play something else, and come back for another run of this later.

I couldn't have said it better. I can only play for a while. One or two really good runs, and then take a break.
OP you're NOT the first...

There were posts several months ago detailing symptoms like Epileptic Seizures, eye strain and the so called "Tetris Effect" where you still see blocks, in this case gems, even after you stop playing.

I had to go to the options menu and disable the damage numbers and impact flashes, which helped tremendously. But I can still feel discomfort if I've got a lot of complicated visuals going on at once, especially the Infinite Corridor (which is why I prefer the Crimson Shroud to kill the Red Death).

Sometimes you gotta take a break, move your eyes instead of keeping them fixed on an overwhelming display.

It didn't for me,but considering everything that's going on during a run it's not surprising that this happens to some people.
