Mirage Robe banished?

So I started a run as Babi-Onna with the intention of trying to max out the Mirage Robe. After leveling it up a few times I died during that run and tried again. Second run, after a few levels I noticed that the Mirage Robe had been banished. So figuring I had done that accidentally, I decided to start over. This run from the first level up I had it listed as banished. Tried to start the run over several times with different settings/arcanas and it's the same every time. Even tried restarting the game.

No idea why this is happening, and I can only find mention of this on reddit, and because of the reddit blackout going on right now I can't view the thread. Is this a bug? If so does anyone have any idea on how to fix it?

Maybe you perma-banished it from the Collection screen? Check if there's an X over it there, and if there is, simply click/press the confirm button on it to unbanish it.
