keyboard only remote play co-op

title, is it possible? having a hard time finding a solution. I do have a controller (host) but my friend only has keyboard and mouse.

isnt that problematic since both players will be using the same keyboard?

Go to settings and disable "assign controller to player 1". This forces player 1 to use keyboard, which means you can play as player 2 with a controller.

And don't forget to enable mouse and keyboard access to your friend in the same screen you see "Invitation sent" (not the chat, it's in the notifications).

I've also noticed that the game is more stable with the controller when in the Big Screen Mode and Remote Play needs you to both be in the same mode to connect right. So just both get to Big Screen for the best results.

thank you, I am able to play coop now. Thing is I had to restart the game for it to work, thing I didn't do when we first tried...
