Like is death spiral blue (tip) or red (handle)? Is bone a dud (white)? Is Phierragi blue despite being a union of a red and blue weapon? Is each of vandaliers beam a unique color for this mechanic?
With your staring weapon, the 2 Guns, and the Cherry Bomb, you only need 2 more.
Clock Lancet doesn't do damage, but freezing enemies is super helpful.
Song of Mana is super effective and seems to work on both red and blue, but it stops working if you evolve it.
Victory Sword only works on blue, but it works really well.
Pentagram works as usual, and so does its evolution.
I haven't tested every weapon, but here are a few more that work:
King Bible (+Evolution), Magic Wand (+Evolution), Fire Wand (+Evolution).
Clock lancet is a bad idea on this map, you can't upgrade it. I would even consider forgetting about laurel for the same reason, but laurel is still quite useful even unupgraded.
Victory sword and pentagram are a given. I also almost always get greatest jubilee for the candle summoning effect, especially if you want to reliably get gold fevers and you run disco of gold, as it gives you pretty much constant healing. I like Flame of Mispel due to the scaling on curse, and you will probably have a lot of it one way or an other.
Prismatic Pearl and Luminaire both work against both colors.
I would assume Vandalier hits both as well.
Zephyr's advice amuses me, it's very tryhard when there are easy surefire paths to victory already. From easy overpowered characters like Queen Sigma or Jenny, to characters with easy weapons for the stage like Luminaire and Gains and Pugnala.
So if one's recommendation isn't those, then I'd assume the intent is some degree of self-imposed challenge... which is very at odds with trying to stack 9 or 10 weapons. ;p
Heck even if I were gonna try to win with Poe Ratcho, I'd just limit myself to Garlic, Laurel, and 1 useful weapon and manually pick Limit Break levels for quite a while.
