Moongolow unable to get to the Holy Forbidden

I used many standard characters and the survived pass the 15 mins mark ( death appears at 15 mins and kills me). no eye ball monster showing up either. I don't know what to do pls help thanks!

so a few things to point out.

one does the map turn red when you start it?
if no, then your not doing something right.

also check your maps and see if
Holy Forbidden is there

When Holy Forbidden appears in stage selection, its stage image displays vertically flipped and there is some animated static in it.

Accessing this stage requires defeating an angel-like boss at the end of Moongolow. If you don't defeat the boss, Death will kill you.

Dumb question: did you complete moonglow or the holy forbidden? You can't get the latter once you complete the event.

to get the boss to spawn, you need to use a normal, non-secret character (For some reason DLC characters count as secret characters). You cannot use hurry mode. I'll find you a more detailed guide on this for you real quick

You will know if you did it right if the map starts to slowly get a red hue ~5 mins in
