Bug: "Complete the collection" doesn't unlock, Greatest Jubilee won't show up

I earned Greatest Jubilee. I shows up occasionally in the upgrade menu and I got the Steam Achievement. However it is missing from my Collection. I have nothing left to unlock, but I don't get the "Complete the collection" unlock.

Why was this moved out of the bugs section? Are the devs interested in fixing this bug?

Because you missed one more action, You gotta find it.

I already earned Greatest Jubilee, it just doesn't show up in the Collection. The only unlock left is Complete the Collection

You have to have Greatest Jubilee show up in the Level Up Screen and select it. Just start a level with a character that has a bonus starting level up and keep hitting Reroll until you can get Greatest Jubilee. If it doesn't show up after 10 Rerolls, quit and try again until you do. Getting it from the Candybox DOES NOT COUNT. It has to be from the Level Up Screen.

I have the same problem as bachelor. I've beaten the final boss couple of times, got the fireworks achievement, I did as you mentioned above and kept re-rolling until Jubilee appeared on my Level up screen and selected it. I even completed the game successfully with Jubilee in my inventory, and it is now showing up in my collection list. My unlock collection is now 141/141.

But I still cannot get the "complete the collection" achievement. :(

you might have to try shortly going into a game then out again
