It's pretty doable with any character if you're fully upgraded, but if I have to choose I'd suggest Dommario; he starts with the king bible, once it's evolved collecting exp to evo the other 5 weapons will be easier.

just like... think ahead when you're picking items and passives. Other then that pick your favorite char and weapons

The only thing that matters is that if you pick up a weapon, you MUST pick up its passive, and vice versa. You can't afford to miss a spot.

Actually, there is one piece of advice I can give if you're struggling to get 6 evos. Play on Library, it's the easiest map due to having a lot of waves with many weak enemies especially early on. This allows you to get your build rolling quickly. It also contains a free Tome to pick up. Btw, you do't need to beat the map to get the unlock so you can quit out after getting 6 evos.
