So which is the endgame meta dps build ?
So at first i was using this combo: bible, magic wand, water, lightning ring, axe, fire wand, usually to pass the entire game.
However once i got the whole collection and the endgame weapons (victory sword, ashes, bracelet) and the DLC weapons, id like to know which should be the meta build now...

First off, unless you have a ton of eggs, your better off limiting your weapons to 1-2, and limit breaking them. It is harder earlier on, but once you get your weapon to limit break territory, almost every weapon in the game is stronger than 6 partially leveled weapons. Take Mortaccio for example: I speed leveled him to 80 to try out his new... weapon? (Still not sure what it does besides making Mort a crawling TANK) and the levels until I got his weapon (which had no evolve... until now?) to limit break were tough, but within 10 levels I could just stand still and nothing would get through his BOOOOONESTOOOOOOORM!
TL;DR: Less is often more. Oh and don't forget the card that gives you 8% weapon cd & 20% might per unused weapon slot. It helps a TON.

hmm not easy to answer. I would prefer victory sword and ashes, this are the only weapons which get stronger during kill. But to be honest it's not much If I remember right it was 1 dmg per 5k kills.... then for sure bible the other stuff belongs to your playstyle e.g. if you use lifeleech wiht garlic and so on. In my builds I prefer also song of mana upgraded it is very nice. But I have to say that I prefer to play Cosmo there are you very flexible especially if u invested some eggs on it and his life is more then 26 hp^^

Several million eggs + whatever.
I don't like using victory sword because it's TOO strong and trivializes the game too much for my taste.
Having said that I still go for other strong weapons like four seasons, the falling water bottles and axe (axe is mostly because I already have the evo item)

peppino + the appropriate evo passive items + rando blood astro (and all the blood astro items maybe bar mana song) + rando mad groove + rando hp recovery card i don't rember name of

4 x anything AOE + laurel + clock lancet + evo items. Add Armor if you feel like taking even more advantage of Laurel's damage reduction.

I mean...Garlic is terrible for damage. Santa Water is horrible to aim, as are the birds. Lots of weapons have downsides but get any TWO of them and you're fine. Get 4 AOE things and you're practically untouchable. Get Laurel and Lancet and things can barely touch you BEFORE you include weapons.

The game isn't hard once you have options, and if you've got Victory Sword unlocked then you've got options.

yeah but their evolved versions just do the game's damage, it really worths it.
i know this because i've tested them countless times.

thank you for your opinions guys but i was actually looking for something more objective such as an end-game damage tier list having all weps unlocked already...

This game's pretty braindead if you have all the upgrades, almost anything will get you though the game if you lean hard enough into it. I've made Shadow Pinion solo work on many occasions. If you play Queen Sigma it's almost harder to die than it is to live.

If you want the best weapons, lets see here... Lighting ring, Runetracer, Santa Water, and Fire Wand are the big common ones. Lighting Ring and Santa Water with the Tragic Princess arcana pretty much auto win. Really any weapon that hits large amounts of the screen with aoes does obscene damage. Evolved guns are also in this category, but harder to make happen. La Robba from the shop is by far the best of the extra rare weapons, but the bone is also solid. Adding in DLC, Summon Night and Four Seasons are pretty amazing. And of course there's the Victory Sword, which when evolved makes you invincible and everything else dead. For other weapons to fill in when you cant be bothered to play Queen Sigma and get everything for free, Axes are good, Evolved crosses scale well with area, and Silver Wind is just kinda the new books. I suppose Song of Mana is nice if it shows up. Oh yeah, and Clock Lancet is almost mandatory for doing cursed inverse runs, freezing enemies is important.

7 lightning rings, obviously

Generally something along the lines of the fireworks weapon, lightning ring, la borra, laurel for invulnerability, lancet for high scaling damage, ??? for vanilla.

If you have the DLC, the sword summon thing is completely broken and is by far the best weapon in the game. It regularly outperforms even Victory sword, and doesn't have the downsides that vic sword has. Upgraded enough it affects the entire screen and hits things like 50 times each. It basically becomes a screen-wide killzone, and FAR earlier than other weapons do. (like it's totally possible to do on a 0 egg character via limitbreaks.)

Vic sword has probably the best early game outside of some of the ridiculously OP "joke"/"special" weapons, but it's late-game honestly just becomes really annoying and an active detriment.

Night Sword/Muramasa or Summon Night/Echo Night ?
I actually tested all of them and i think the best DLC wep in terms of DPS is Godai Shuffle (evolved Four Seasons).

Edit: not think, the latter gave me most dps compared with the other DLC weps.
