How do I get the Super Candybox II Turbo?

I think I need it to unlock Queen Sigma, but I have no clue on how to find it.

with some luck in a chest 3 beams, but garanteed in a chest 5 beams.

trousers starts with candy box, then you can get box II, this is after you have max leveled all your weapons and passives, so when you get the coinbags/chickens.

queen is fastest way due to she can buy first box from the merchant. But any char can get it.

So I need to turn off the over limit as well?

edited my message, trousers starts with candybox. simply level everything and hope luck draws you a 5 beam chest. nah any mode is fine,

Keep in mijnd leveling all your weapons and passives is a must have before you can get it from a 5 beam chest.

You don't need Super Candybox II Turbo to "complete the collection" and unlock Queen Sigma. With the update, items with a dark yellow background in the collection aren't necessary for that requirement, and Super Candybox II Turbo has a yellow background (just checked on my save).
You need the Candybox though, and not from starting as Trouser. For that you need high Luck to find it after you have leveled everything else and you start obtaining Gold Bags in chests.
