Chaos Malachite does not spawn properly in Bat map

Using Pugnala with 1000+ Golden Eggs, Hyper mode, Arcanas, and tried with and without Endless mode.

At 18 minutes, the icon for the malachite appears on the map but does not appear in-game, nor can I pick it up.

Alternatively, mine spawned correctly, I collected it, it's in my library but the achievement did not unlock.
