10 min on loading screen but no lag in endgame

I know it's because of my toaster called PC the problem that takes 10 minutes to start, but once it loads it goes super smooth.
The only solution I tried is the startup fix that the game gives you. That doesn't solve anything.
Is there a solution or the only option is to cry and wait those 10 minutes for it to load?
Obviously, the ideal would be to buy a whole new PC, but I don't want to go 3 months without eating.
For reference, my specifications: 4gb ram, no graphics card, intel core i7, a hard drive that is so slow that I turn it faster by turning it with my finger
