Inverse Mode not unlocking?

I unlocked the Eudaimonia Machine and chose my option. now inverse isnt showing up at all. any idea on what to do? Im stuck awaiting for this to work to open the next stage

Just checking to make sure but, you chose the "too easy" option, right?

If you choose that the game is too easy, you should unlock Inverse mode.
But if you said the game is too hard, it will give you Endless mode instead.

Maybe you picked the wrong answer? If that's the case, you'll have to "finish" one run in Endless mode (with finish I mean, reach minute 30) so Eudaimonia Machine appears again and then you'll be able to select the other option.

Don't even have to reach minute 30, just entering the level and quitting out works.
