Is it possible to kill the white reaper

I just beat the Game killer or whatever it's called, it's that multi color reaper in Cappella magna. Then got killed by the white reaper that appeared afterwords, I'm just curious if it can be killed.

No white hand can’t be killed. It’s designed to end the run. It’s also immune to all damage

It can't be killed because it isn't even coded as a game Sprite. The Dev coded it as a sly "You Win" or "Congratulations" ticker, just like the main "Game Over" flyby ticker at the end of your run.

Since you guys probably played longer than me, why does the purple card abilities stop working after I got the yellow sign?

You probably disabled Arcanas on Stage Select.

You mean the White Hand that shows up after you kill the red reaper, you cannot actually attack him so cannot kill him.

Once you unlock endless mode he never shows up again though.
