You need to take what chris told you in the spoiler tags to where the Fritter is.
Pure in this context is actually very clear. You just needed to have the insight to figure out what the context was.
Only to someone who doesn't know how to read between the lines. Or someone who isn't that too proficient with the intricacies and nuances of the English Language to try and figure out what was said in the context of the game's own set of rules and mechanics.
There is even a visual cue to it in the Character selection screen with "Pure" characters NOT HAVING that "Darker" color Palette scheme to non-pure ones. And I'm not just talking about the Alternate Sprites either.
They were written vaguely so that the player will either...
1. Rely on obscure gaming references.
2. Try to brute force figure it out, or
3. Go look up a Guide or Wiki.
If they had written direct to the point instructions for the Secrets it wouldn't be that fun to figure out wouldn't they?
No mostake, you just don't have the same level of insight as the Developer to understand his train of thought :P
FYI though, the secret in Capella Magna came first BEFORE the one in Reverse Inlaid Library.
