fullscreen problems

firstly im not sure whether this belongs here in the gerneral discussion or in the bugs.

ok so i added -fullscreen tolaunch options and in-game checked the fullscreen option, but when i alt tab it goes off-center and i can access the app behind the game window, also its no being recognzied as a fullscreen application by obs, meaning i cant record it nor stream it. im not exactly sure why though.

if you windows in fullscreen its done that since i start playing around release. I just use f11 to fullscreen, and when that happens i just tap f11 twice to reset it
