Regarding Silent Old Sanctuary and picking up stage weapon?
If I limit my weapon to 1 for the bonus from Silent Old Sanctuary arcana and then pick up a weapon from the stage (on the ground) or from a candy box.. will that reduce my bonus?

Yes, the bonus of damage increase and reduced cool down from arcane will decrease with more weapon from the ground
