That being said, Divine Bloodline does work like Blood Astronomia in terms of not affecting the evolutions of the weapons that are listed. The might bonus it gives based on your missing health will always apply to all weapons as it is a direct increase to your might. Obviously any growth you get to your health bar from killing enemies with retaliatory damage will also stay until the end of your run regardless of what weapons you're using. What goes away when one of the listed weapons evolves is the extra damage which scales from your armour. The exception to this would be Victory Sword which technically doesn't evolve; its "evolution" is to add another passive item to your kit which triggers the invulnerability and AOE while the a galaxy is displayed on the screen. Since this doesn't actually change the weapon you're using into something else, the damage boost from armour given by Divine Bloodline will always apply to Victory Sword.
The basic rule is if the arcana lists a weapon but not its evolution on the description, it will not affect the evolution. Arcanas that do affect both a weapon's base form and the evolution (like Blood Astronomia) have both the base weapon and its evolution listed on its description.
