I found a bug?

I think I found a bug... first of all, I can't write in the BUGS forum, because it asks me to have spent 5 dollars... so I can't...
i have the DLC: the possible bug is with McCoy Oni, I have placed garlic and Candelabrador, and when I leveled up... the garlic started to jump along with his weapon: 108 Bocce
I was doing the Achievement, I have videos but I don't know how to upload them

By "bounce" do you mean the Area suddenly getting big and then getting back to normal? Every few seconds?
If so this is the special trait of McCoy-Oni, every few seconds you get a big boost to your Area stat, and it then quickly gets back to normal. This affects all your weapons with this character.
