So, I've been trying to cast this things for weeks, trying new stuff everytime and it's never worked so far. I tried entering it with my keyboard, entering it with the keyboard of the game, switching to qwerty layout, hitting enter, not hitting enter, doing it fast, doing it slow, doing it on the title screen, doing it in a game.
Nothing works. I don't understand how I'm supposed to do that.

Enter the code "exdashexoneviiq" instead of x-x1viiq. This is an alternative, but it seems to be the only one working right now.

first you have to unlock the ability to "cast spells."

once you have that, there is an option on the main menu for "secrets."

this is where you put in most every code, they are the "spells."

I did x-x1viiq just the other day. Except it took like 4 tries. So there might be something off with it.

I didnt have any issues besides maybe needing to enter it twice. In the beginning, I totally ignored the dash but if from the start of the game all you need to do is enter the code from the main menu.

Note that the first code is meant for keyboards with an EN (qwerty) layout. If your keyboard is not natively EN then you need to swap to it in Windows. After that you need to press the buttons that would enter the code as if you had a physically EN keyboard. You'll need to look the EN layout up for that.

You can also use a macro for this.

Keep in mind you have to enter that version of the code in the spells menu. Trying to enter that on the title screen will do nothing.

You also might want to try restarting the game because it really should just flat out work if you type it on title screen (x-x1viiq) but unless you are trying to be a completionist...those really suck haha
