What to do about the Stalker?

So he's moving faster than me, doesn't take any damage and practicaly one-shots when he gets to me... I'm trying to beat Bone Zone but keep dying to him...

I go with: (Garlic, Song of Mana, Santa Water, Axe, King Bible) + evos, Laurel and Crown / Tiragisu / Armor.

He goes away after a minute or two. Just run faster than him. If you are using Dommario you'll need to get lucky and find wings passive before he shows up.

I know sometimes the stalker is invincible and you just have to avoid him. That said, I believe instant kill effects, like the rosary or pentagram, will still kill him. When he isn't invincible, evolved knives with the Slash arcana is probably the most efficient way to down any powerful enemy.

I'd suggest the clock lance. Fully upgraded, you can freeze him in place indefinitely if you play your cards right.

Clock lancet is the answer to most super tough boss type characters.

Bone zone doesn't have rosary, though you could time out a pentagram skill up. Really though, just run away from him.

Thanks for ideas. Sometimes I can't outrun him even with wings fully upgraded.
But I think that his movement is somehow related to how far he is away from you and when he got damaged last time. I also saw that the Magic Wand (don't remember the exact name) seems to knock him back with each hit and break his movement.
