Why can't I evolve the Valkyrie Turner?

Shadow Pinion is max level, wings are maxed out. Every single chest is a gold bag.

Most maps won't allow you to evo items when the chest you open has dropped before the 10 minute mark.

As mentioned, it's highly dependent on the stage you're playing. Which stage, and when were you trying to evolve the item?

There's a timer for evolving items via chests on normal 30 minutes maps that 10 minutes. Note in Endless mode 30 minutes starts the next cycle meaning you can evolve items from chests that drop between 30 and 40 minutes either.

The last thing that might be causing this is if you disabled/banished the Valkyrie Turner in the collections menu.
