how do i unlock stage after green acres challenge? I finished everything before and the stage is still locked.

Check the "Unlocks" section on the Main Menu.

thx, just did, but it doesn't help because there are bunch of unlocks that I didn't do yet but I don't understand which one would unlock next stage

Unlock Hyper mode for another normal map by beating the 25-minute mark boss.

Go for the ones that tell you to "Get to Level x in x map" but not the ones that tell you to "get to level 99 or 100 with x character".
